My service to the Martial Art Industry is
writing about are interests or troubled issues. I also sometimes try to figure out the wrong
and rights of what some operations do to others, to help all people. I do not post these issues, these issues are not
ment for the public to see! Martial Art people do not like to start fights, they like to try to prevent fights
by only helping leaders understand the issues, not by posting and making a worse problem for others. Respect
goes a long way! If others are interested in getting real good information from the leaders, you must truely earn it
first, it's their requirement!
My advice is to sign up on industry
leaders newsletters, if you always respond back understanding the important issues and show you care, the leaders will understand
"and help with your dream"? My information I have sent
"or given" to the library of congress, Mchenry public library, the department of education, the department
of human resources, the operational corporation of america, R&R Broker (US Agency for standard numbering system "for
the information system"), the us government, the mchenry police departmant, the music industry (I go through ascap,
I signed their bill of rights), and the top martial art schools, and their enter-circle members, and peak performers,
the top Martial art industry leaders schools ! For these
martial art schools to use my martial art dvd's, they need to get permission from the music industry "ascap",
I have given ascap the rights to charge their required cost to my dvd video set. Ascap also the right to
give or re-copy my dvd video set for sale to any of their music industries schools of interest, or the martial art
schools of interest, they are the only ones able to recopy because of the music on the tapes? Others need to understand the
music industry saw I was working with the professionals in the industry (Martial Art Professional Magazine) to try
to make a very good product for the best interests of others, so for years they let me do what I was doing without complaint?
After many years of writing "working with many different industry leaders" reviewing by many ""that
I would not be putting something wrong into the public light"", ascap let me draw up a understanding
contract dividing their 1/3 rights, and how this operation will work for each industries profit rights, and
then I put my full dvd set on sale for about eight months. Reviewing
"more with the industry leaders", many brought up the ethics of teaching people I do not know, and dividing the
interests of the industry leaders "doing not" what we "all were working for"? The industry leaders "and me" from the start wanted resources to help all schools,
teachers and students, "so next" I documented a journal "that the first page legally states the interests
is for the industry purpose". This journal started as "A Guide" for understanding
the ethics needed when writing to the industry leaders. The second part was "What are Regulations".
This books next part showed what I tried to do "to get my info into a college". That
next part showed what I tried to do to get my info into a school or program. Putting
both journal parts together into one book, I titled it: Learning Martial Arts at Home. By Bill Bartolone
and the Industry Leaders. This Book was for me teaching other people or schools, and was also for the industry
leaders to use for them teaching my "rights or wrongs", "in their schools". "After
this" I started another part for me and the leaders - Strength & Power: Teamwork are the keys".
After this, I ""AGAIN"" put all that info into that one book. I feel Napma, and martialinfo,
are the main leaders that have helped me create this book, "so" they both have the same rights to
re-copy this book for a sale to other schools or professionals (besides the Government or Library, they can also
re-copy for their people) that I lacked sending copies too. This book said "in the middle" the
game required me to finish "by" 2012, ""so the final journal book is from 2/13/08 to it's end on 12/30/2011"".
I gave book copies "and copies on CD" of this book to Napma, Martialinfo, the Government, and the Mchenry
Library "to help build are bridges" for the martial arts industry! ! On another note; Ascap (or the music industry) always "never gave
me any problems" doing what I did ! Relating to my first contract, Ascap gets
their full profit rights first, they have full rights of say and sales for this 10 pack tape set "because"
I have america's top music hits on many of my tapes, - music or not, ascap has full rights to give martial art schools, "approved
by industry martial art leaders" to reproduce, recopy, etc to sell to martial art schools! This dvd tape
set of me performing my talents ascap also has the rights to give to any music school "the music industry approves
as well" !! Napma and others helped me, why? I was allowed
to legally publiclly recorded shows and interests I had, by me legally doing all things, I am allowed to give
the rights back to the people on the tapes or in my journals?? I understand if I give Chuck Norris (who is on the end
of one tape) the rights for him to personally use it, and the person before this I show, and the person before this I show,
etc, Napma can legally re-put together (or leave the same) the tape and create for a royality system like ascap? If Napma's
leaders ""do this"" ""keeping this tape in my tape set for schools"" (this
is very important to me, showing what great leaders I respect, and me showing why) napma can include
for ascap to sell to quilified schools, than napma will get their 1/3rd full profit rights to my tape set ?
The journal books show how the leaders have helped me with my interests, the journals would create the reason to look what
I did on film, that can help schools sell the video tapes ? As napma teaches, you must have many ways to advertize or
market yourself "first" to bring in students - this is my way of doing that, with the journals? The public
won't have axcess to these journals, all three of these companys will make you earn it or be more involved wit them "first",
or there policy might be only for the professional leaders use, it is fully "there choice" of what they choose to
do! My reward so far has been the industry has excepted me as a
teacher, because I show what a true good student does, and anyone let me do what-ever "than" excepts and reviews
my information, and that's a big honor (being someone like me)! """This"""
can fund a operation for martial art talented preformers for royalities "from schools? This resource
of interest "I was allowed to do" because others saw my interest was always doing what will be right "working
and writing to the leaders", asking first to help the people of my interests! (I also want to point out,
anyone I recorded, I also give the rights for them to show themselves). If napma or the other industry leaders decides
not to do this, I can say I tried to set up a royality program for us performers. My
product is only for great Martial Art schools, or the police, or the public library resource "for
the government leaders" (the reason why I also sent to ORC), if it goes farther then this, if ""after the
operation is successful with both of the industries working together "paying for their extra added work, and it becomes
proffitable for both industries first, then when approved I will ""after this only"" will I start
to be able to be intitled to my full right to profit to this tape set ! My operation is to get my 1/3
rights to profits of this tape set, but not before napma (or the industry leaders) and the music industry gets
their entitlements to making this operation seccessful ""first and formost" without me hurting the operation
to succeed (me removing "the requirements of any conflicts of interest", "for the industry
schools", or government. This is just how it happen
to turn out, - I hope this helps others understand why others have truely helped me, because they knew this was a very
martial art and music personal interest of mine, to make it work for us all, to be able to say I do try!! . I'm
a very honest good hearted person that will and am expected to do right, thats why I write? That is all that
is required, the respect of writing and asking first, being a good person, and having talent ?.
This is the first book I was able to make, and I
was able to give it to the leaders that I speak about. This book was aprox 245 pages, and was made for mainly the leaders and me, its was about what
went on in just "less than" two years of my life. Book #2 was part 2 of book one, it also had 2
parts like book one, and looks the same but smaller in size ("but not in substance") !. After this, the book
grew into one book again, being 386 pages, and I again gave it to martial art leaders. Since than, I
added 34 more pages ""as the final book copy"", and gave copy disks to Napma.com and Martialinfo.com
for their equal rights in selling or giving this book to other schools, "because of their communication
programs is what started and help create" this journal book. .
